Welcome to Barakah Nexus. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. General Information

Barakah Nexus is an export business headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These Terms govern your use of our website and any services offered, including product inquiries, sourcing, quotations, and logistics support.

 

  1. Products and Pricing

2.1 All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
 2.2 Prices quoted are FOB (Free On Board) Chittagong Port, Bangladesh, unless otherwise stated.
 2.3 Bulk orders or customized products may be subject to separate terms and negotiations.

  1. Orders and Payment

3.1 Orders must be confirmed in writing with all specifications clearly mentioned.
 3.2 Payment terms:

  • 100% Advance Payment via TT/LC, or
  • 50% Advance and 50% against shipping documents (if agreed)

3.3 All bank charges inside Bangladesh will be borne by the Exporter; charges outside Bangladesh will be borne by the Buyer.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery lead times are estimated and subject to production and shipping availability.
 4.2 Risk and title of goods pass to the Buyer upon shipment.
 4.3 The Exporter is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, or force majeure.

4.4 Barakah Nexus is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or port clearance issues.

 

  1. Quality and Inspection

5.1 All products are inspected and packed as per export standards.
 5.2 Any quality complaint must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt.
 5.3 Third-party pre-shipment inspection can be arranged at Buyer’s cost if requested.

  1. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Due to the nature of international trade, returns are not accepted unless the products are defective or do not match the order specifications.
 6.2 Refunds will be processed only after a valid investigation and mutual agreement.

  1. Intellectual Property

7.1 All company logos, branding, packaging designs, and product information are the intellectual property of the Exporter.
 7.2 Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

  1. Compliance and Legal Framework

8.1 All transactions shall comply with the export laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
 8.2 Any disputes shall be settled under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
 8.3 The place of jurisdiction shall be Dhaka, Bangladesh.

  1. Force Majeure

9.1 The Exporter shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to acts of Allah, natural disasters, war, pandemic, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  1. Confidentiality

10.1 All information shared between the Buyer and the Exporter shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior consent.
